Cole Palmer is not in England's squad for the Nations League matches against Croatia (12 November) and Spain (15 November). Head coach Thomas Tuchel has again left the Chelsea midfielder out.
During the October international break, Palmer was also absent from the England squad. The Chelsea playmaker has now missed all four of Tuchel's side's Nations League matches.
His last England appearance came in March this year, in a friendly against Japan. He has played in only three internationals over the past two years, and Tuchel overlooked him for the World Cup.
At Chelsea, Palmer has been a regular in midfield for some time. The 24-year-old converted a penalty against Manchester United last week in a 2-0 win at Stamford Bridge.
Tuchel has, however, included Jobe Bellingham, who is making a name for himself at Borussia Dortmund. Josh King and Rio Ngumoha have also been selected for the upcoming Nations League matches.
