Also included in Juanmartí’s report is that a decision on Bernardo Silva’s future will be made by his camp when this season concludes.

With Barcelona appearing to baulk at the release clause in Bernardo Silva’s contract, it does raise the possibility of one of Manchester City’s most important players remaining at the club. If that were to be the case, it would be a positive for the world champions. The Portuguese midfielder is one of Pep Guardiola’s most dependable players, and without the release clause in his current contract, it is doubtful that Manchester City would want to sell Bernardo.
