Juventus is seeking to clinch a Champions League spot and sits fifth in the Serie A standings entering Sunday's season finale. The club needs to win and hope that AC Milan or Napoli drop points.
The top four teams will go to the Champions League while the fifth-placed side will drop to the Europa League.
Ronaldo has one year remaining on his contract with Juventus but could reportedly depart if the club fails to qualify for the Champions League.
