FIFA have ordered West Ham United to pay the outstanding fees to CSKA Moscow owed for the signing of Nikola Vlasic.

The midfielder is currently on-loan with Torino.

CSKA general director Roman Babaev told Sport-Express: "Having exhausted all the ways of amicably resolving this issue, we turned to the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber.

"And just the day before, a decision was made in our favour: we must be paid the entire amount, as well as penalties - 5 percent per annum.

"There's about 18m. But in this case, the decision concerns the payment of the second tranche - about 9 million euros.

"West Ham have 10 days to request a full decision. After receiving a full decision, which usually takes about a month, they will have another 21 days to apply to CAS. If this does not happen, then the decision will take effect, and West Ham will have 45 days to pay.

"If the payment is not received, then we can go to the FIFA Disciplinary Committee and request sanctions."
