Inter Milan have set their sights on teenage defender Giovanni Leoni.

Having already pursued Leoni last summer before he joined Parma, the Nerazzurri have made the 18-year-old one of their main targets in defense this time around.

The arrival of Cristian Chivu as Inter coach has particularly shifted the balance. The Romanian worked very well with Leoni in his spell as Parma coach.
