Now, The Daily Mail has reported that a United scout was understood to be in Germany watching Eintracht Frankfurt take on Heidenheim on the 14th March 2026.

Frankfurt ended up winning 1-0 despite Robin Koch being sent off for a second yellow in the 73rd minute, after having set up Arnaud Kalimuendo’s goal just after half-time.

The pair have been on United’s radar before, with Larsson being looked to for much longer than Brown.

The Red Devils were linked to Hugo Larsson ahead of the 2025 summer transfer window, while Nathaniel Brown joined the shortlist this winter.
