Rafa Mir has had a fall-out with Sevilla and wants to leave the club in January, while he is reportedly hoping that AC Milan come back in for him.

Mir was one of the options that Milan were heavily linked with towards the end of the summer mercato when the Mehdi Taremi deal collapsed, but he did not arrive and instead Luka Jovic did with just a few minutes to spare.

According to El Gol Digital, things have gone sour for Mir at Sevilla. At the end of their 3-2 defeat to PSV Eindhoven in midweek, the striker and his team-mate Marcos Acuña got into a verbal fight that almost got out of hand.

This is just a sample of the discontent that exists inside Sevilla at the moment, while the Spanish forward is sure now more than ever that he wants to leave the LaLiga side. Valencia CF are interested, but Peter Lim has already stated that they will not sign anyone in the winter market.

The only possibility that Mir is keen on at present are Milan. Before they signed the former Real Madrid man Jovic, he was one of the options and given that the Serbian is yet to score, they might well try again. Mir has told his agent to find him a new club, so Moncada might receive a call.
