Elliott teases Liverpool transfer for England U21 teammate Colwill

Harvey Elliott appears to have joked with England U21 teammate Levi Colwill about a move to Liverpool.

The Reds are said to have made multiple offers for the Chelsea defender in recent days, though the Blues are reluctant to sell.

The interest has reached England's squad at the U21 Euros, where they're preparing for the final after victory over Israel in the semifinals.

Colwill posted to social media yesterday: "One last push! Onto the final".

Elliot then promptly responded to the post with, "let's have a chat, *laughing face emoji*.

However, the reply was soon deleted and replaced with the 20-year-old saying, "some player".
