Milan and Brighton are exchanging documents for Pervis Estupinan this evening, so he should be in Italy for medical tests on Wednesday in the €19m deal.
The two clubs shook hands last night for the transfer, which will be at a cost of €17m plus another €2m in add-ons.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Brighton and Hove Albion and Milan are completing the documentation tonight, at which point the player will be given the all clear to fly out for his medical.
That should see Estupinan land on Italian soil on Wednesday July 23.
Agent Jorge Mendes has worked very hard to push through the transfer, as the Ecuador international only wanted the Rossoneri for his next destination.
The left-back will take over from Theo Hernandez, who was sold to Al-Hilal this summer.
Brighton paid €17.8m to buy Estupinan from Villarreal in 2022 and he made 36 competitive appearances for the Premier League side last season, scoring one goal.
