In the second half of Manchester United’s last match against Tottenham Hotspur, Benjamin Sesko was forced off due to an injury.

The Slovenian’s knee caused him pain, leading to him leaving the pitch, and supporters were worried about the severity of his injury.

CentreDevils reported how Benjamin Sesko was made to come off by the medical staff and coaches during the Tottenham Hotspur clash, with the attacker deemed physically unfit to continue at that time.

The club are insistent that this was the right decision for the Slovenian to leave the pitch, as if he carried on, he could’ve risked a further serious injury.

Sesko has been assessed and monitored all week in Carrington, with the injury not being deemed as major.

However, there were reports today coming out stating that the injury is deemed serious and the Slovenian could be out for at least a month.

We can reveal a new update with a boost received.

CentreDevils understands that Benjamin Sesko’s injury is still described as “not major” despite reports, and he has reacted well to recovery in the last week.

The projected timeline for a return is 2-3 weeks, which is subject to change depending on his rehabilitation.

The club don’t want to rush him back.

The 22-year-old is eager to return as soon as possible.

CentreDevils exclusively reported two months ago how Benjamin Sesko has been leaving players and staff shocked with his incredible work ethic internally.

He is always the first one in and the last one to leave training, with staff surprised at how fast he is settling in.

The striker is always doing hours of extra recovery and gym work after the normal sessions with the group.

Ruben Amorim’s side are anticipating his return and will hope he is back as soon as possible.
