Torino are on the hunt for a new left-back and could land on Roma’s Anass Salah-Eddine, while the Giallorossi wait for the final go-ahead from Liverpool defender Kostas Tsimikas.
Torino, who have also made an unsuccessful approach for Fabiano Parisi in recent days, have learned that Salah-Eddine is open to joining the Granata this summer.
The Dutchman, who only joined Roma in January, is expected to leave the Stadio Olimpico before the end of the summer transfer window. He has options in Serie A and abroad, but is completely open to the idea of joining Torino, Football Italia understands.
In the coming hours, there will be direct talks between the two clubs, who are hoping to come to an agreement for the 23-year-old.
Roma, meanwhile, as was reported on Wednesday, are waiting for the final go-ahead to close a deal for Liverpool left-back Tsimikas , who has fallen down the pecking order at Anfield after the arrival of Milos Kerkez from AFC Bournemouth.
