Sources with direct knowledge of the matter tell me that Cutrone is likely to leave the Stadio Sinigaglia this summer, especially with the Azzurri eager to secure some attacking reinforcements, including Alvaro Morata.
Cutrone has already received several proposals, but Sassuolo are currently the better-placed team in negotiations with the 27-year-old.
The Neroverdi are now in advanced talks to finalise agreements with Como and their striker, who is under contract until June 2028.
Cutrone scored seven goals and provided five assists in 33 Serie A appearances with Como in the 2024-25 campaign.
Cutrone, a Como-born striker, product of the Milan academy, joined the Azzurri from Wolves in the summer of 2022 and has scored 31 goals in 102 matches with his current club.
