
Round 5 of the FA Cup was played this past weekend, with West Ham United vs Brentford being the final game of this stage of the competition.
The FA Cup quarterfinals are next, and the draw for the last eight will be done before West Ham vs Brentford. Eight teams remain in the competition, which includes six Premier League teams, one EFL Championship team, and one League One team.
The FA Cup draw will be the same procedure as the previous draws. The eight teams remaining will have an assigned number, and numbers will be randomly picked from the pot to set up the quarterfinal matches.
The following teams in the FA Cup are labeled with their assigned number:
1. Southampton
2. Port Vale
3. Manchester City
4. Leeds United
5. Arsenal
6. Liverpool
7. Chelsea
8. West Ham United or Brentford
The FA Cup Quarterfinal draw will be done around 1:35 p.m. ET/ 10:35 a.m. PT in the United States. The draw will be done at around 6:35 p.m. UK time.
The draw will be shown on TV channels and streaming services in the UK and the United States.
The FA Cup quarterfinals matches will be played on the first weekend of April: Saturday, April 4, and Sunday, April 5.
