'Failed to reach an agreement' – Surprise late Chelsea transfer deal that didn’t get done

It was a very bland transfer window for Chelsea fans during January, despite us consistently hearing that we were looking to do some business, especially for outgoings.

Not one single player was sold, only loaned out. And Chelsea failed once again to address their biggest glaringly obvious problem that has been a huge problem for year now, the lack of a true all round number 9 striker.

On we got to summer though, with rumours already sparking up regarding a big money move to potentially sign someone like Victor Osimhen.

There was one surprise late transfer deal at Chelsea though that looked like it was going to get done, but in the end it didn’t.

Malang Sarr, yes remember him? He is still at Chelsea! There was late negotiations though for him to join Le Harve.

However, as reported by L’Equipe below, Chelsea and Le Harve failed to reach and agreement and the defender stays to rot at Chelsea some more.
