Inter Milan are in lethal form from corner kicks this season, with four scored already so far this campaign – and French forward Marcus Thuram scoring three of them.

This has been revealed and analysed in today’s edition of the Corriere dello Sport, via FCInterNews.

Out of eleven goals scored by the Nerazzurri this season, four have come from headed goals from corner kicks.

Thuram scored two headers in the midweek win over Ajax, matching a 20-year-old record set by Hernan Crespo against the same team.

The Frenchman also scored a header against Juventus in the 4-3 Derby d’Italia defeat.

Alessandro Bastoni scored the other header in the 5-0 opening game win against Torino at San Siro.

More Than Thuram, Inter Have A Team Built For Set-Pieces

The Corriere note that Inter have only added to their set-piece strength over the summer.

The addition of Manuel Akanji, Francesco Pio Esposito and Ange-Yoan Bonny provide additional danger from set-pieces.

The newspaper reveal that the Nerazzurri have ten players taller than 1.88m.

Bastoni, Thuram , Francesco Acerbi and Denzel Dumfries all offer additional danger in the box for Inter Milan.
