Igor Tudor is under increasing pressure and the next two or three games will likely determine his future at the Allianz Stadium, but Italian media have already named four potential candidates to replace him at Juventus.

Several Italian media outlets report that Tudor is under scrutiny at Juventus as the Bianconeri have gone six consecutive games without victories and lost their first match this season against Como on Sunday.

The Serie A giants sit 7th in the Serie A table, level on 12 points with Como, three below a Champions League placement.

Juventus visit Real Madrid in the Champions League on Wednesday before travelling to Rome to face Lazio (October 26) and hosting Udinese in Turin (October 29) in Serie A.

Gazzetta and Tuttosport claim that Tudor’s future will be determined in games against Lazio and Real Madrid, while Sky Sport maintain that the next two league matches will be decisive for the Croatian tactician’s future at the club.

Sky also adds that Juventus have not held talks with any other coach, despite rumours of a meeting with Raffaele Palladino.

Four possible Tudor replacements at Juventus

Nevertheless, according to Gazzetta, Luciano Spalletti, Roberto Mancini and Palladino are three of the potential candidates to replace Tudor, should he fail to improve results in the upcoming games.

The report claims that Spalletti would be open to getting the Juventus job, but the salary would be an issue given that both Tudor and his predecessor Thiago Motta are under contract until 2027.

Mancini, on the other hand, is a Juventus fan but might not receive a friendly welcome because of his past as an Inter coach in the Calciopoli era.

Lastly, Palladino is on excellent terms with Juventus’ technical director François Modesto who worked with the ex-Fiorentina coach at Monza.

Even Thiago Motta has been mentioned for a possible return, also because he’s under contract with Juventus for two more seasons.

However, Damien Comolli, who will be given more power by becoming the club’s CEO next month, could also make a surprising move and go for a different profile, should he decide to relieve Tudor of his duties in the coming weeks.
