Ange-Yoan Bonny and Marcus Thuram could be the starting center-forward duo in tonight’s Champions League match between Ajax and Inter Milan.

According to Corriere dello Sport via FCInterNews, the former could take Lautaro Martinez’s place in attack.

With El Toro struggling with back pain, Cristian Chivu considers handing Bonny his first-ever start in the Champions League.

Indeed, the 21-year-old could line up alongside Marcus Thuram at the Johan Cruyff Stadium later this evening.

Meanwhile, Yann Sommer has a guaranteed starting berth despite his lackluster performance against Juventus.

Bonny scored on his Serie A debut for Inter and has more experience in top-flight football than Francesco Pio Esposito.

As such, he could get the nod in the front third.
