Chelsea have turned down an offer that was for a loan with an obligation to buy for striker Armando Broja.

The Blues are willing to sell the 22-year-old center forward, but only on their terms.

Per football.london and other sources, the offer in question came from fellow London side Fulham.

The fee was not thought to be enough for the Blues, while they may also prefer to get the permanent transfer done in the winter.

The source adds that Chelsea want 35 million for Broja and that there are teams who may be willing to reach that mark.

West Ham United and Wolves are the two other sides that have strong interest in Broja.
