Gerrard's Al-Ettifaq swooping for Lyon striker Dembele

Saudi Pro League side Al-Ettifaq are set to sign Moussa Dembele from Lyon this summer.

The ex-Celtic star is a free agent after his contract expired with the French giants.

Now it appears he is heading to Saudi, as he will pair up with manager Steven Gerrard.

Dembele was long linked to Manchester United a few years ago, but a move never materialized.

The Mirror adds that Dembele will soon be joined by Jordan Henderson as well.

The Liverpool captain is negotiating the final aspects of his contract with Al Ettifaq at present.
