Tottenham Hotspur has been heavily linked with a move for Rayan Cherki this summer, and the French attacker could prove to be an excellent acquisition.
According to injury expert Dr Rajpal Brar, the player is unlikely to have any problems in the Premier League, and he should be able to get through his medical with Tottenham if he joins the club.
He said on Tottenham News: “He was absent from the squad for the first four games of the season but has been fit since then,” he said.
“I wouldn’t expect any injury-related issue here in terms of his medical.
“He may take a few weeks to adapt to the Premier League, but all his other parameters are good enough for a move.“
The 21-year-old is not an injury-prone player, and it could be a good move for Tottenham if they can get it across the line. The player will add goals and creativity to the side. He has 12 goals to his name this season, and he has picked up 20 assists along the way as well. He is versatile enough to operate in the central areas as well as on the flanks.
The player has shown his quality in Ligue 1 and the UEFA Europa League. He was outstanding against Manchester United over the two legs. There is no doubt he has the quality to succeed in the Premier League, and Cherki could be a key player for Tottenham. They need more cutting in the final third, and Cherki will help them open up deep defences, and he will find the back of the net as well.
The 21-year-old could be available for a reasonable amount of money, and Spurs must do everything in their power to get across the line. They need quality players like him, and Cherki could develop into a future star with the right guidance. He has the attributes to develop into a world-class player.
The transfer could look like a major bargain if Tottenham can get it across the line.
