(Images): Romelu Lukaku takes next step to being back in new training shots

Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku took a step closer to returning to the Blues squad yesterday.

He was spotted kicking and running with a ball for the first time since his injury 4 weeks ago. This is a step up from the day before when he was just doing running on the pitches.

The next step of course will be to return to full contact training with the whole group, and it looks like that will soon come.

Whether he will be available for Leicester or not remains to be seen, but at the moment if he is not in contact training yet, I’d say that would be doubtful.
