Inter Milan summer signing Luis Henrique said he is “happy” at the club following his appearance in the side’s 2-1 win over Sassuolo.
The Nerazzurri left San Siro the happier side this evening as Cristian Chivu’s side secured a vital three points.
It was only Inter’s second win of the Serie A campaign, defeats to Udinese and Juventus following an opening game rout of Torino.
Speaking to DAZN after the match, with quotes via FCInterNews, Luis Henrique told the reporter “I’m happy.”
DAZN asked the Brazilian what head coach Chivu asks of him in the Inter set-up.
“To seek out one-on-one situations,” he replied, “and cross into the box.”
The former Marseille man played 25 minutes tonight when he came on as a second-half substitute for Denzel Dumfries.
Luis Henrique arrived from the Ligue 1 side in the summer, signing a five-year deal with the Nerazzurri.
Finally, the reporter asked Henrique how he is finding settling into the team.
“The group is very good so I’m happy,” he said.
“We get along well in the locker room and everyone encourages me.”
