Lautaro Martinez is keen to return to full fitness for the Champions League final and hopes to future in Inter Milan’s clash against Como.

According to Corriere dello Sport via FCInterNews, El Toro could get some minutes in Friday’s final Serie A round.

It’s been almost a month since Lautaro Martinez last played a game in Serie A.

Indeed, he last appeared in a 1-0 home defeat to Roma on April 27.

However, the Argentine delivered when the Nerezzurri needed him the most.

He helped them beat Barcelona in the second leg of their Champions League semi-final tie.

Unfortunately, that came at the expense of his health.

The 27-year-old has been absent ever since.

But after returning to training this week, Simone Inzaghi could include him in his matchday squad.

Still, El Toro would likely start on the bench.

However, he may get some minutes depending on the result.

Getting Lautaro back to competitive form will be crucial as Inter aim to beat Paris Saint-Germain in the Munich showpiece.
