Simone Inzaghi urged his Inter Milan team to believe anything is possible until the final whistle of the Serie A season.

Speaking to Rai Radio 1 via FCInterNews, the 49-year-old admitted Inter will continue to believe in the Scudetto until the end.

Despite trailing Napoli by a point heading into the last two rounds, the reigning Scudetto holders are unwilling to back down.

Instead, Simone Inzaghi encourages his team to ‘finish the season in the best possible way.’

Napoli’s slip-up against Genoa last weekend reignited Inter’s title hopes.

Meanwhile, the Nerazzurri held up their end of the bargain against Torino.

Goals from Nicola Zalewski and Kristjan Asllani inspired the Nerazzurri to a crucial win in Turin.

Therefore, there’s a reason for optimism ahead of the season finale.

Inter will face Lazio at home and Como on the road in matches they must win at all costs.

Simone Inzaghi Adamant Inter Milan Need Everyone to Succeed on Multiple Fronts

To begin with, Inzaghi praised Inter’s performance on a rainy evening in Turin.

“The guys were excellent,” he started. “We played a great match, with quality and composure, against an organized team that hadn’t lost at home in nine games.

“We were very good at playing well technically, even after the downpour that could have disoriented us.”

Then, he emphasized the importance of having the entire team committed to the cause.

“Certainly, we need everyone,” he added. “We knew there were some players who didn’t have ninety minutes in their legs but would still help us, even if they were tired.

“Well done by everyone, both those who started and those who came on.

“We want to finish the last two league games in the best possible way.”

Finally, he admitted the team was a good physical condition.

“Yes, we were good and organized, maintaining good distances. That’s how it should be done.”
