Inter Milan captain Lautaro Martinez has called on his teammates to maintain the same desire and focus that have defined their early-season performances as they face Cremonese this evening in Serie A.

Speaking to Inter TV just before the match, with quotes via FCInterNews, the Nerazzurri forward said:

“We must have the same desire and determination that we’ve shown since the start of the season. Today we face a strong opponent who are in good form, so we need to be careful and give our best.”

The match kicks off at 17:00 BST (18:00 CEST).

Lautaro Martinez Warns Inter Against Complacency In Clash Vs Cremonese

The Argentine warned against complacency, stressing that the visitors’ physical approach could make the match tricky.

“They are a physical team with good principles. We have to stay focused from the first minute, stay alert and try to take advantage whenever we have the ball.”

Martinez also praised Inter’s attacking depth:

“It’s very important. When many different players are scoring goals, you have more chances to win. We need to keep working this way.”
