Is Cristiano Ronaldo Playing Tonight for Al Nassr vs Al Fayha?

Al Nassr have the opportunity to continue their winning streak in the Saudi Pro League today when they face Al Fayha in the Al Awwal Park.

Al Nassr has played two games this past week, including a Saudi Pro League match and a King's Cup Round of 16 match. Al Nassr were undefeated this season until the mid-week match against Al Ittihad.

Cristiano Ronaldo has been playing one game per week, with most games being played in the Saudi Pro League. Ronaldo played Al Nassr's last two games. Ronaldo scored in the last Saudi Pro League match against Al Hazem.

Ronaldo also played the full match against Al Ittihad mid-week, where Al Nassr were eliminated from the King's Cup by losing 2-1.

Al Nassr head coach Jorge Jesus has mentioned several times to manage Ronaldo's gametime this season for the Portuguese striker to avoid any injuries.

The Portuguese striker was not substituted off the pitch in the last two matches, which raises questions about whether Ronaldo will play tonight.

Cristiano Ronaldo to play vs Al Fayha

Cristiano Ronaldo is expected to start for Al Nassr against Al Fayha today in the Saudi Pro League. The Portuguese striker is expected to start his third match for Al Nassr in a week.

With the elimination from the King's Cup, Al Nassr's head coach made it clear that the objective and pure focus is the Saudi Pro League, where they have started perfectly with six wins out of six league matches.

Jorge Jesus said, "Our main goal is to win the league, and the AFC Champions League 2 is also one of our objectives...The Al Ittihad match was our first loss, and it’s natural not to win every game, but our goal is always victory."

Ronaldo is the second top goalscorer for Al Nassr in the Saudi Pro League with six goals. Joao Flxi is the top goal scorer for Al Nassr and in the Saudi Pro League with nine goals.
