The win against the Gunners was a fine one. After all the interminable build-up, Spurs genuinely delivered and played some solid football which brushed aside rather a clueless Arsenal side. Nobody was quite as clueless as Arteta himself, who acted as if he’d never watched a top-flight game before and mumbled about the referee, when he really ought to have been standing on a crate, screaming at his own players. Here’s my Arsenal Autopsy in full.

Burnley at home for us in a few hours, and then Arsenal faces Newcastle on Monday evening. As things stand, Spurs’ goal difference is superior, but we cannot afford to stop winning. The Gunners are a point better off as I write.

The game is available to watch on BT Sport and BT Sport 1 and BT Sport Ultimate for subscribers. Of course, you can also watch on the BT Sport App if you’re on the go today.

Kick-off is noon, and we will have to keep our fingers crossed that the combination of an early start and the physical hangover from Thursday’s game don’t spoil the party.
