The FIGC confirms Italy will host Israel at the Stadio Friuli in Udine in a World Cup qualifying match on October 14.
Italy’s home World Cup qualifying match against Israel during the October break will be played at the Stadio Friuli in Udine, home to Serie A side Udinese.
The FIGC has confirmed the venue for the match in an official statement.
The game will be played on October 14, 2025, just three days after an away match in Estonia (October 11, at 20:45 CET.
New Italy coach Gennaro Gattuso will make his Azzurri debut on September 5, 2025, against Estonia in Bergamo.
Three days later, on September 8, the Azzurri will play Israel away on the neutral ground Nagyerdei Stadion in Debrecen (Hungary).
The Italian Federation will reveal the venue for the final home World Cup qualifying match against Norway on November 16 at a later date.
The Azzurri have earned just three points in the opening two Group I games, losing 3-0 away in Norway and beating Moldova 2-0 at home.
