Football’s future is often shaped long before the spotlight arrives at senior level.

Across Europe, agencies and scouts spend years identifying players who could one day become household names.

Some of the biggest talents currently working through England’s academy system are already attracting attention away from the pitch as well as on it.

That is especially true when global organisations begin backing young players who are still only just beginning their professional journeys.

One agency that has quietly built a powerful presence in the sport is Roc Nation, the New York-based organisation founded by Jay-Z in 2008.

The company has steadily expanded into football over the past few years, building a roster that mixes established stars with emerging prospects from some of Europe’s top academies.

Their latest intake, labelled the ‘Class of 2026’, brings together five young players currently developing in England.

Three of those prospects are coming through the academy ranks at Manchester United.

One of the names catching attention is Jaume Camacho, a technically sharp midfielder who has already taken an important step in his career after arriving at United.

The Spanish youngster has been placed directly into the club’s Under-18 setup, where his calmness on the ball and natural vision in midfield have quickly stood out among his peers.

Jaume Camacho made his Under-18’s debut for United in December of last year.

Another player included in the group is Silva Mexes, a winger who has already developed a reputation for his explosive speed ever since signing for United back in 2024.

The Wales youth international recently recorded an impressive 11.1 seconds over 100 metres, but those who watch him closely say his pace is only one part of his game.

His direct style, energy and willingness to attack defenders have already made him an exciting prospect within the academy environment.

Completing the United trio is Camron Mpofu, a striker whose playing style revolves around physicality and decisive finishing.

The Scotland youth international made the switch from Reading and has quickly become known for his powerful presence in attacking areas at youth level.

While the ‘Class of 2026’ also features talents from clubs such as Manchester City and Fulham, the presence of three Manchester United prospects in the group highlights the continued strength of the club’s academy pipeline.
