Juventus’ Federico Gatti and Dusan Vlahovic will undergo surgery today, the defender in Lyon and the striker in London.
Two Juventus stars, Gatti and Vlahovic, will undergo surgery today, according to various sources in Italy.
Vlahovic had sustained a high-grade injury to the muscle-tendon junction of the left adductor longus during a Serie A match against Cagliari over the weekend, while a few days later, Gatti suffered a meniscus tear in a Coppa Italia match against Udinese.
Italian newspapers Gazzetta dello Sport and Tuttosport report that Gatti will go under the knife in Lyon, precisely at the Sonnery-Cottet Clinic, where Juventus defender Gleison Bremer was already treated earlier this season due to a similar issue.
Vlahovic, on the other hand, will undergo surgery in London.
It is understood that Gatti will remain out of action for at least one month, while Vlahovic is not expected to be available again before March 2026.
On Sunday, Juventus will visit defending Serie A champions Napoli at the Stadio Maradona.
