Mattia Perin worked on the pitch with Juventus goalkeepers on Wednesday, while Adrien Rabiot is expected to partially return to group training on Thursday.

Juventus received good news from Wednesday’s training session at Continassa as their second-choice keeper Perin returned to training on the pitch, Football Italia understands.

The Italian worked with the other Juventus keepers on the pitch, while France international Rabiot trained separately on the field.

However, Rabiot is expected to partially return to group training on Thursday morning.

Rabiot missed the last two games against Napoli and Atalanta due to a foot injury suffered in a Serie A match against Frosinone on February 25.

Juventus’ next Serie A game is against Alberto Gilardino’s Genoa at the Allianz Stadium on Sunday, March 17.

The Serie A giants have only won one game from the last seven and were held to a 2-2 draw by Atalanta this past weekend so Milan overtook them in second place in the Serie A table.
