Juventus are ready to welcome Thiago Motta with a three-year contract after Bologna’s announcement that the coach would be leaving the Emilia-Romagna outfit.

The Rossoblu released a statement today confirming the 41-year-old Brazilian-Italian coach’s imminent departure, having decided not to sign a new contract, allowing him to leave on a free transfer at the end of June.

Thiago Motta shined at the helm of Bologna, taking them to the Champions League for the first time in their history, attracting the attention of Juventus, who need to find a long-term replacement for Massimiliano Allegri.
