Juventus want two Manchester United players for a combined fee of £52.9m

Juventus want both Marcus Rashford and Jadon Sancho from Manchester United to bolster their attack during the summer transfer window. United have struggled to sell Sancho and Rashford, due to their unreliability, combined with the massive salaries that they earn.

The two attackers have struggled to perform consistently, despite having enormous potential to achieve great success in top football competitions. While Sancho has remained an outcast since the 2023-24 season, Rashford got the same treatment after manager Ruben Amorim arrived.

Amorim has acted ruthlessly in his first few months as a United manager, implementing his tactical style without any compromise. Rashford struggled to impress Amorim and eventually moved to Aston Villa in January, where he regained some of his form.

However, the 27-year-old suffered an injury in the latter part of the season, ending his loan spell with the Villans. Despite the uncertainty surrounding his future, Rashford has returned to training at United to maintain his fitness level this summer.

The England international is pushing for a move to have a serious chance of playing in the 2026 World Cup. Meanwhile, the situation is more complicated with Sancho, as he lacks football-related ambition, with no intention of lowering his wages.

We All Follow United covered that Juventus are ready to pay only £12.9m for Sancho, who is valued at £25m. According to Fichajes, Juventus want both Sancho and Rashford from United to bolster their attacking department during this summer window.

However, the Italian giants are willing to pay half of United’s £20m demand for Sancho, and cannot match Rashford’s £40m price set by the Manchester giants, which is around 50 million Euros.

United have to make undesired compromises to sell these two outcasts, as the problem with their financial package persists. The Red Devils cannot linger on for too long in every negotiation amid their desire to make numerous transfer deals before the summer window closes.
