Juventus are determined to bring Randal Kolo Muani back to the club, but our transfer pundit Alfredo Pedullà warns the Bianconeri about a ‘financial suicide’ if Dusan Vlahovic doesn’t leave.

Juventus are willing to re-sign Kolo Muani from PSG and have already submitted an offer worth €60m.

Juventus push to bring back Kolo Muani

Kolo Muani spent the second part of the 2024-25 campaign at Juventus, scoring 10 goals in 22 appearances.

Now, the Bianconeri also signed Jonathan David as a free agent this summer, but are struggling to find a new club for Vlahovic.

The Serbia international will earn €12m in the final year of his contract at the Allianz Stadium and is unwilling to sign a new deal, which would come with a pay cut.

Football Italia transfer pundit Pedullà analysed the Juventus transfer situation in attack in his latest column for Caught Offside.

Juventus: Financial disaster with three top strikers?

“Pundits may say, as I’ve heard, that it wouldn’t be a problem for Juve to keep Dusan [Vlahovic], adding that he ‘always scores goals.’ Sure, easy to say when it’s not their money,” wrote Pedullà.

“From my perspective, it wouldn’t be just an economic disaster with few precedents; no one can deny that. It would also be a sporting disaster. Not by chance, Igor Tudor only wants Randal Kolo Muani for tactical reasons as he would pair well with Jonathan David, even if it means paying €60m as PSG demand. Fine, imagine, David plus Kolo, plus Dusan: a fantastic trio, but a financial suicide and finances are the true Scudetto for every club.”

David and Vlahovic scored in Juventus’ 2-0 win over Parma on Sunday night. Juventus’ next Serie A game is away at Genoa this coming Sunday.
