Davide Frattesi has shaken off a fever to return for Inter Milan’s Serie A clash at Lecce tonight.

According to Tuttosport , the Italian midfielder looks set to start from the off alongside Piotr Zielinski and Sucic in a reshuffled Nerazzurri midfield.

Frattesi missed the Champions League defeat in Bodo due to illness.

Therefore, his return is a timely boost for Chivu as Inter look to get their league campaign back on track.

Zielinski is expected to command the midfield once again, though Tuttosport note that Mkhitaryan could yet be handed that responsibility if Chivu has a late change of heart.

Diouf and Mkhitaryan are both expected to start on the bench.

There are several other changes from the side that travelled to Norway.

Bisseck returns in defence.

Meanwhile De Vrij and Bastoni compete for a starting berth alongside him, with Carlos Augusto also in contention.

Dimarco and Luis Henrique are back at wing-back.

Up front, Tuttosport name Bonny and Thuram as the starting partnership, rather than Esposito alongside the Frenchman.
