Cristian Chivu rotates Stefan de Vrij into his defensive lineup for Inter Milan’s Serie A trip to Lecce.

The Nerazzurri head coach freshens up his backline following the midweek Champions League defeat in Bodo, according to Sky Sport.

De Vrij slots in alongside Bisseck and Bastoni in a back three, with Chivu making calculated changes after a difficult night in Norway.

The absences do not stop there, as per Sky, via FCInter1908.

Barella and Calhanoglu both serve suspensions.

Meanwhile Dumfries and Lautaro Martinez will remain sidelined through injury alongside the suspended Turkish midfielder.

In midfield, Zielinski takes the pivot role with Frattesi and Sucic either side of him.

Dimarco and Luis Henrique return at wing-back, giving Inter width and attacking thrust down both flanks.

Up front, Bonny partners Marcus Thuram with Lautaro absent.

Lecce will line up in a 4-2-3-1 under Eusebio Di Francesco, with Cheddira leading the line supported by Pierotti, Gandelman and Sottil behind him.
