Lionel Messi remains the top-rated player in EA Sports' FIFA video game.
The Paris Saint-Germain star topped the "FIFA 22" rankings with a 93 rating, ahead of Robert Lewandowski, Cristiano Ronaldo, Kevin De Bruyne and Kylian Mbappe, who round out the top five.

Overall, there are 11 players, including Neymar, Harry Kane and Manuel Neuer, rated 90 or above in this year's installment of the game. The Premier League has eight representatives in the top 20, while La Liga has five. Ligue 1 has four players in the top 20 and the Bundesliga has three.
One of the largest ratings jumps from last year's game comes from Borussia Dortmund star Erling Haaland, who is now rated 88. He was ranked 80 last year.
"FIFA 22" is scheduled to be released in October.
