Liverpool fullback Alexander-Arnold: I trust board over Slot choice

Liverpool fullback Trent Alexander-Arnold says he's ready to work with new manager Arne Slot.

Alexander-Arnold was asked about Slot yesterday at the Monaco GP.

He told Sky Sports: "I hope so you know, that's all you can hope.

"I have trust in the club and who we've appointed so as a player that's all you can ask for is to have trust in what the higher ups have brought in and I'm sure it will be a smooth transition."

Slot is now in Liverpool as he begins work at Melwood.
