Liverpool, Man City watching Lecce fullback Dorgu

Liverpool are showing serious interest in a young defender from the Italian Serie A.

Per La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Reds are running the rule over 18-year-old Lecce full-back Patrick Dorgu.

The newspaper states that Manchester City and Barcelona are also keeping tabs on the youngster.

Dorgu has been impressing scouts over the past few years at youth and senior level.

City's interest is said to be slightly less, as they are well stocked in defense.

However, both Barca and the Reds are very keen to bring Dorgu to their respective clubs.
