Liverpool scouting Borussia Dortmund ace Donyell Malen

Liverpool are eyeing up a deal to sign Borussia Dortmund ace Donyell Malen in the summer.

The 24-year-old has been impressive for the German Bundesliga giants in recent months.

Per Sport Bild, Liverpool have retained a long-term interest in Malen, who they first wanted two and a half years ago.

The winger chose to sign for Dortmund instead of the Reds at the time for his development.

However, he is now in the prime of his career and can make the sort of Premier League impact Liverpool are seeking.

Malen would have to fight the likes of Darwin Nunez for a starting spot at Anfield.
