Liverpool To Renew Push For Inter Milan Target After Failed Summer Pursuit

Reports from England suggest Liverpool are ready to make another attempt to sign Inter Milan target Marc Guehi after their summer move for the Crystal Palace defender was turned down.

According to Express.uk, via FCInterNews, the England international was close to joining the Reds earlier this year.

However, Palace changed their stance and decided to keep him for one more season.

Meanwhile, his contract is expiring in June 2026.

Guehi is now expected to leave at the end of the current campaign.

Therefore, attracting interest from several major European sides.

Liverpool Face Competition From Inter Milan For Guehi

Liverpool remain the most determined suitor and are preparing to renew their pursuit in the coming months.

However, they’ll face competition from the likes of Barcelona, Bayern Munich, and Inter Milan.

All of whom have been, indeed, monitoring the England international.

Inter have identified the Englishman as a perfect reinforcement for their defence.

Reports earlier this week suggested the Nerazzurri could use Yann Bisseck in a player-plus-cash deal to beat the competition to Guehi’s signature.
