Croatian centre back Josko Gvardiol praised Manchester City's performance against Arsenal on Sunday.

The Premier League champions were unable to win at home against their title rivals.

They instead had to settle for a 0-0 draw, which keeps them third in the league table.

I'm happy, but I don't want to talk about my performance," the defender stated.

I want to talk about the team performance today, and the way we performed and if you ask me, we deserved much more than just the point but we need to move on to the next one."

That's football," Gvardiol added.

In some games there won't be many opportunities to score a goal but when you get a chance you need to score it and we could've scored at the end with a corner kick, but we didn't.

The good thing is we didn't lose, and a point means we are still in the game to fight for a title and there's still a long journey, so we just need to be on the highest level till the end of the season."
