The 25 year-old has been linked with various moves to the Premier League over the past few months, and it's not the first time that Pep Guardiola's side have been linked with an interest in the France international.

Last year, Kingsley Coman was among a whole host of names linked with a move to Manchester City as a potential replacement for Leroy Sane - who had just joined Bayern Munich after a year-long saga.

Despite the signing of Ferran Torres, who was seen as the replacement for the aforementioned Germany international, Kingsley Coman's name has cropped up once again within a report over in France.

According to the information of French newspaper L'Equipe, as translated and relayed by Bayern Munich news outlet iMiaSanMia, Premier League champions Manchester City are joined by title rivals Liverpool and 'especially' Chelsea in showing an interest in Kingsley Coman.

It is stated that Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel is 'a fan' of the Frenchman, and the London club would reportedly like to include Callum Hudson-Odoi as part of a deal for Kingsley Coman.

Despite links to the Premier League, and the finances that Bayern Munich may potentially be able to secure this summer, L'Equipe report that newly-appointed Allianz Arena boss Julian Nagelsmann 'appreciates' Coman's qualities and is 'determined' to keep him.

With that being said, Kingsley Coman looks set to start his seventh season at Bayern Munich, despite reported tension between the club and the player's representatives.

This tension is claimed to revolve around finances, and the fact that the representatives of the player last met with Bayern two months ago, demanding the same wages as Leroy Sané - around €18 million per year. However, the Bundesliga club reportedly offered €13 million per year, with the player currently taking home around €9 million per year.

Manchester City currently seem unlikely to strengthen in the wing position this summer, with the club having an abundance of talent on the attacking flanks with the likes of Raheem Sterling and Riyad Mahrez unlikely to move on despite claims.

The focus of the Etihad club remains firmly on Tottenham striker Harry Kane, and Aston Villa captain Jack Grealish, with the pursuit of both men expected to intensify within the next few weeks.

Manchester City have already had a £100 million bid rejected for the former, but are expected to return with an improved offer, as Tottenham chief Daniel Levy stands firm on his £150 million valuation of his star man.
