Man Utd open Nice talks for Melvin Bard

Nice defender Melvin Bard is a target for Manchester United.

The left-back is the subject of talks between the two clubs, says the London Evening Standard.

Bard is pushing for a place in France's Euros squad given his form this season.

The 23 year-old can play in an advanced position and his known for his attacking ability.

Nice and United are now becoming closer with Sir Jim Ratcliffe holding major stakes in both clubs.
