Manchester United are unwilling to entertain offers for Harry Maguire

Manchester United have made it clear that Harry Maguire is not for sale this summer, rejecting approaches from five different clubs, including three from the Premier League and two from Serie A, as Ruben Amorim continues to put faith in the experienced defender.

According to the Daily Mail, the England international has no desire to leave Old Trafford and is fully committed to seeing out his career with United. His current contract runs until next summer, and while talks over an extension have not yet begun, the club’s stance is to keep him in Manchester beyond the 2025/26 season.

A resurgence under Amorim

It’s been quite the turnaround for Maguire. Stripped of the captaincy under Erik ten Hag and close to joining West Ham two years ago, the 32-year-old has fought his way back into the fold.

Amorim has not only restored him as a trusted defensive option but also included him in United’s new six-man leadership group for the upcoming campaign.
