Article presentation has also shifted towards larger promotional cards rather than the more traditional news-feed style previously used.
The older version of the website featured a denser layout with smaller article thumbnails, multiple side menus and more compact navigation options.
In contrast, the updated design feels more streamlined and simplified.
The changes are especially noticeable on mobile devices.
United’s homepage now resembles the presentation style used by several major global sports and entertainment brands.
It prioritises larger visuals and easier scrolling experiences.
The redesign arrives during a period where Manchester United are increasingly focused on strengthening their commercial identity following qualification for next season’s Champions League.
There have already been reports of advanced talks regarding a new training kit sponsorship agreement with Betway.
The club’s commercial department is also expected to remain extremely active throughout the summer.
