Manchester United are approaching the end of the 2025-26 season, with Michael Carrick’s side currently positioned nicely in third place.
The Red Devils, who have won six of their last eight games, have only incurred one defeat during Carrick’s second reign at Old Trafford and could now look to secure Champions League qualification in their final nine games of the season.
Meanwhile, with the end of the campaign inevitable, pre-season arrangements are starting to be looked at.
These fixtures, which take place before the new season starts in August, could offer the opportunity for players to gain essential match fitness whilst also offering a chance for supporters to see new signings in action for the first time.
Already, plans for a pre-season fixture in Scandinavia have been uncovered with the club finalising fixtures in Helsinki and Gothenburg for the squad.
Now, SunSport have revealed more details of the pre-season tour with Manchester United planning fixtures in Warsaw, Oslo, and Dublin according to the source.
The outlet have also stated that United are settled on the belief of holding their pre-season fixtures in Europe and have decided against holding their pre-season tour in the United States of America.
These locations hold history for the club with Dublin hosting Manchester United in 2017 and 2023 whilst the club have played in Oslo four times since 2019.
As well as this, a trip to Warsaw may bring back memories of United’s European Cup Winners’ Cup semi-finals with Legia Warsaw in 1991.
With more details now revealed about this summer’s pre-season tour, supporters may choose to keep an eye out for ticketing details.
Meanwhile, a change in location for the club from the USA to areas of Europe helps to access differing areas of United’s fanbase whilst aiding the club in reaching new audiences in different countries.
