Matheus Cunha scored the first hat-trick of his Premier League career as Wolves came from behind to beat Chelsea 4-2 at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.

The result saw Wolves move ahead of Chelsea in the table, with Mauricio Pochettino's side falling to 11th place.

Cole Palmer scored his 10th EPL goal to fire the Blues ahead 19 minutes into Sunday's game.

But Wolves hit back 127 seconds later when Cunha beat keeper Djordje Petrovic via a huge deflection off Thiago Silva.

Another heavy deflection helped Wolves take the lead just before half-time when an off-target shot from Rayan Ait-Nouri was diverted into the net by defender Axel Disasi.

Wolves then moved two goals clear in the 63rd minute when Cunha slammed home from nine yards after a fine assist by Pedro Neto.

Cunha completed his hat-trick on 82 minutes when he converted a penalty kick after being fouled by Malo Gusto.

Silva netted a late consolation goal when he headed in from a Mykhaylo Mudryk corner.

But Chelsea have now suffered three defeats in a row against Wolves, having lost 2-1 and 1-0 at Molineux last year.
