Mbappe talks down Bale price for new La Finca home ahead of Real Madrid move

PSG star Kylian Mbappe has bought the home of former Real Madrid winger Gareth Bale.

Mbappe is set to join Real Madrid as he comes off contract at PSG this summer.

Okdiario says the Frenchman has acquired the mansion for 11 million euros in La Finca. Mbappe will live in one of the most exclusive areas of the capital of Spain and he will share a neighborhood with some of his teammates.

Mbapp becomes the owner of a property that has a constructed area of 1,200 square metres distributed in seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, several terraces, golf green, movie theatre, Jacuzzi, indoor pool and covered parking with space for six cars. The house that the French striker has acquired is located in the area of the Los Lagos urbanization 1.

Bale had been a tough negotiator, but finally accepted Mbapp's offer. He asked for 13 million euros for the house, but finally he agreed to sell for 11 million.

Bale left Madrid in June 2022 and since then he has not returned instead putting his home up for sale.
