Hakan Calhanoglu will meet the Inter Milan hierarchy for showdown talks upon his return from vacation later today.

According to Corriere dello Sport via FCInterNews, the Serie A runners-up want to set things straight with the midfielder.

For most of the players, today’s reunion at Appiano Gentile is business as usual, but not for Hakan Calhanoglu.

Indeed, the Turk will be under the microscope after taking the San Siro club on another rollercoaster ride this summer.

Heavily linked with Fenerbahce and Galatasaray, the 31-year-old never tried to quash rumors.

And his silence made several leading Inter figures furious, including Beppe Marotta and Lautaro Martinez.
